China is Vietnam’s neighbour which shares the same geography, similar history, culture, customs, and traditions. Diplomatic relation, economy and trades between the two nations have been formed for a long time as an objective necessity. The relationship China-Vietnam has been consistently unbroken even though there were negative fluctuations impacting on politics and societies in the both past and present. That Vietnam is improving the trading relation with China not only makes it match with our foreign policy, which is "be friends with other nations", but it also would be able to serve the development strategy in order to create a peaceful and stable environment, maintain efficient security and initiate favourable conditions for the innovation of nation. Furthermore, building a positive commercial relation with China contributes partially in strengthening the alliance focusing mainly on evolving "friendly neighbourliness, comprehensive cooperation, long-term stability, and looking towards the future", which was proposed by both General Secretaries of the Communist Party. Lastly, this proposal is also convenient for both countries’ foreign policy that concentrates on "at peace with its neighbors, wealthy neighbors and security with our neighbors."Another issue relates to Vietnam-China trade relation is about commodity trade. It has been accounting for a big proportion, dominant scale and extremely great economic value. Vietnam has been capable of making use of advantages in goods production thanks to the positivity of Vietnam-China commodity trade relation. Beside, China is beneficial in exploiting other advantages within its own goods production as well.Nevertheless, there are also conflicts occurring between two country relation such as smuggling and commercial fraud, limitation of controlling export activities, arising negativity and more.In conclusion, the commodity trade relation between Vietnam-China has had a big number of issues. I am fully aware that this relation is one of the most vital elements that determines in economic development and political stability in Vietnam. Hence, I chose the topic of "The Research of Vietnamese International Trade Policy and Vietnam-China Good Trade".
