Textile industry is the industry in China which depends on the world mostly. In recent years, multinational companies (MNCs) begin to explore the issue of strategic cooperation along with the rapid development of Chinese textile corporations. At the same time, Chinese textile corporations began to adopt strategic cooperation with the MNC which is for the objective claim of amalgamation into world textile value chain, the managerial internationalization and the raise of competitive competence. So, from the position of the rapid development of Chinese textile corporations, the research about cooperative strategy is a new important task. The main objective about the thesis is that it will research the orientation and field of the cooperative strategy , bring forward the feasible cooperative strategy , and implement it. It also aims to promote the process of the cooperative strategy , and raise the competitive competence of Chinese textile corporation.The thesis is composed of eight chapters, and the research method is combination of systemically theory analysis and case study. The first chapter is the preface which analyzes the meaning and background about the topic, defines the relevant concepts , and puts forward the research methods and the logic structure; The second chapter reviews the basic cooperative strategy theories between Chinese corporations and MNCs, and researches the actuality of relative theories. The third chapter analyzes the current condition and background of Chinese textile corporations, compares Chinese textile corporations with abroad ones , and studies the current cooperative strategies adopted. The fourth chapter researches the orientation and field of the cooperative strategies between Chinese textile corporations and MNCs based on the front researches of the thesis. At the fifth chapter, it analyses the possible cooperative strategies between Chinese textile corporations and MNCs based on Value Chain and the theory of intermediately organization separately, and then puts forward the cooperative upgrading strategies innovatively.
