As a respective of labor-intensive enterprises, textile enterprises kept taking cheap labor cost as the development path for business growth in the past. But with the deepening of economic globalization, competition in the era of knowledge economy has become the talent competition. Cost of human resources continues rising. Human resources has become an important strategic resource from the basic resources in the enterprises. Allocate production resources, bear knowledge and technology, provide excellent assets and high quality service, play an important role in the core competitiveness in production. In the process of transition to modern enterprises, textile enterprises transform gradually from the traditional labor-intensive enterprises to technology and capital -intensive enterprises. But in the process of the transformation, human resources management issues continue to highlight, restrict enterprises development. How to solve the increasingly serious human resource management problem, become an urgent problem to be solved in the way to the development of modern enterprise.This thesis takes the N Textile Corporation's human resource management system as an example, first of all, using the method of on-the-spot investigation, introduce the company's general profile and organizational structure. Through the repeatedly face to face interviews with human resources and other relevant departments, collects a lot of human resources data and information, using comparative analysis and trend analysis on the structure of human resources, including age structure, education structure, senior management structure, post establishment structure, salary and benefits structure etc, describes the status of personnel management model for decades after the reform of state-owned enterprises to joint-stock enterprises. Secondly, combined with the theory and results of human resource management, analysis own and external environment, describes human resource management problems in all aspects in the process of company development. While using SWOT analysis to analyze four strategies, combined with the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats, points out the strategic direction for the future development, and notes the strategic plan objectives and content. Finally, according to the actual situation of N Textile Corporation, puts forward concrete implementation of the human resource management strategy.Qualitative and quantitative analysis, empirical analysis and theoretical ideas on human resources strategy of N Textile Corporation in this thesis, has universal and great practical value. It provides a theoretical reference for better understanding the development direction of Chinese textile enterprises Human Resource Management.
