Nowadays the theory about the consumer loyalty is in the foreland research of international marketing. Especially since China was affiliated to WTO and China retailing trade opened completely, it is becoming a hotspot to the research of customer loyalty. Under this kind of background, this study carried on the systematic research to customer loyalty and related problems of the retail enterprise with the Daunfa supermarket for the representative. At the same time, the writer feel profoundly in the period of working in Darunfa supermarket, for the development of retail enterprise, the boost of customer loyalty is the demand of the competition, and it is an only route for retail enterprise to strong core competencies, and it is tend by general situation.Through researching the costumer loyalty of Jinan Darunfa supermarket, this text's aim is to sum up how the retail enterprise to enhance the customer loyalty .The Main Ingredient Analysis and demonstration investigation are this study's research means.Then in the foundation of looking back the development of domestic and international customer loyalty theories and practice, this disquisition absorbed parts of research results of the customer worth theories and defined three driving factors of the customer loyalty. Aim at the management characteristics of the retail enterprise, the customer's consumption behavior and psychology are important factors that affect the customer loyalty. So according to the theories of the consumption psychology and the consumption behavior, from the customer loyalty angle, the investigation to the psychology and behavior characteristic of the customers and to the consumption behavior process is systematic.According to the research results of the worth theories, further inquiried into the customer and retailing business enterprise at worth relation of the level, include the customer as the value and business enterprises that business enterprise bring to worth two levels that customer create.By those researches, this study designed a series of customer loyalty measures and upbuilt the measuring system against customer loyalty aim at the retail enterprise.
