With The global economic integration and regional incorporation increasingly developing from the mid of 1980's, Europe Union, North America Free Trade Area and other incorporated organizes in the world have continually been established. The east-north Aria, however, has no single formal economic integration today for the reasons of history, politics and economy, which greatly lagged the growth of countries in this area. The differences in history, politics, cultural background and economic system on east-northern area decided that regional incorporation must experience a gradually developing process, the way from easy to difficult, from inferior to advanced, and from the sub-circle to circle before achieving regional integration. Thus, the economic corporation among the Shandong province, Japan and Korea can be regarded as the first step of that of the china, Japan and Korea, which will not only promote to establish China-Japan-Korea free trade area but also play an important role on the economic development. This dissertation, based on international trade theories, regional economic theories and geographical economics theories, applies both qualitative and quantitative analysis in small sub-regional economic area.
