The leadership style means characteristics that the habitual leadership shows. The organization citizenship behavior (OCB), which is spontaneous behavior, is not rewarded or directly discerned by the organization, but it can improve the function and efficiency of the organization. OCB is influenced by many kinds of factors. The leadership style is one of the factors, which influence the OCB.Referring to the existing foreign questionnaire, this article studies on the correlation between the leadership style and OCB of the S tobacco company's staffs with the statistics principle and method which are cluster analysis, correlation analysis, ANOVA and so on. Combining the interview and questionnaire investigation, the article gives the result: (1) The leadership style can be divided into four kinds of different types, including participative type, directive type, supportive type and achievement-oriented type; (2) The initiating leadership style and the consideration leadership style have the correlation ship with OCB; (3) The staffs organization citizen's behavior has differences under four kinds of leadership styles; (4) The gender and education which are the population variable have reciprocation with the leadership style that different staffs' OCB displays different nature under different leadership styles.
