With the advancement of globalization,the competition between enterprises has escalated,the focus of competition also changed from physical capital competition into human capital competition.The quality of human resources directly decides the quality of the enterprise's performance level,and it is related to the survival and development of the enterprise.The leaders,as the representative of the organization need to lead the employees and the organization constantly adapt to the new environment,improve employee performance,and promote the continuous development of the enterprise.Authentic leadership is a unique positive leadership,it refers to the leaders' action in the process of employee management,they improve themselves with employees,consist their words and behavior,comprehend all information to process problems,do not deceive employees and so on.So they can positively and positively influence employees to achieve organizational goals.As the object of this study,authentic leadership can be divided into four dimensions according to its connotation,such as the subordinate,internalizing morality,balance the information processing and honest;Performance as the measure of work target,so the performance can be defined as the task performance,relationship performance and adaptive performance dimension.Type the main purpose of this study is to study the effect of leadership for the work of staff performance and mechanism of action,and provide a new path of promoting the improvement of modern enterprise management.The main content of this research includes the following aspects:(1)Around the study of literature of the authentic leadership and the employee performance,in this research we study the definition of authentic leadership and employee performance,structure dimensions and measurement methods are studied,and finally determine the corresponding concepts and structure dimension of this study.(2)By using the method of questionnaire investigation and statistical analysis,I study the relationship between the authentic leadership and employee performance.This study puts forward hypothesis research by using the method of literature research and builds a research model,and then designs the questionnaire,collect the questionnaire.After analyzing,finally the results are obtained.(3)Combined with the conclusion combined with questionnaire survey and authentic leadership related dimensions,it is concluded the management revelation of how to improve style of leadership and to improve employee performance.Summarizes the deficiency existing and the future of this research.The questionnaire of this research mainly includes three aspects: the content of the basicinformation,authentic leadership scale,employee performance scale.The research recycle252 effective questionnaire,after arranging the questionnaire,the research test the relationship between the authentic leadership and employee performance by variance analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis and draw the following conclusion:(1)There are differences between different gender for the leader authenticity evaluation,and the evaluation of the subordinate and balance the information processing reach significant level between different gender.And the evaluation of the authentic leadership reach significant level between different age.(2)There are different employee performance in the demographic variables,mainly embodied in the influence of age on employee performance all dimensions,performance of the subjects of different ages people exist significant differences.(3)The authentic leadership positive influence employee performance,namely authentic leadership there is significant positive correlation with employee performance.(4)Each dimension of authentic and each dimension of employee performance existed significant positive correlation.According to the research conclusion and analysis,this study put forward the following countermeasures for improving enterprise leadership methods,improving the level of enterprise human resources management,and promoting employee performance:(1)Guided by subordinates,the enterprises need improve leadership effectiveness and promote employee performance;(2)Reach implement supervision,the enterprises need raise the leader's moral accomplishment,and to strengthen the institutional constraints;(3)The enterprises need expand channels,build a smooth flow of information and communication platform;(4)The leaders need be the example,and strive to build trust organization atmosphere,to build a good interpersonal relationship.This research innovations include: Firstly,new starting point.This study is based on Chinese enterprise situation,and use authentic leadership as the breakthrough point by empirical research method,the selected topic novel angle is new;Secondly,the research rich corporate leadership of scientific research results.This research will use employees performance as the result variables of authentic leadership,build the model of the impact of authentic leadership on employee performance.Through the empirical research and verification model,this study enriches and expands the research field of the authentic leadership;Thirdly,the study expand the effective way to promote the enterprise performance.This study try to type in authentic leadership impact on employeeperformance,and analysis the new way and new method of improving employee performance and enterprise performance,and the study plays a positive role for improving the enterprise management level.
