Sustainable Development Strategy Of The Enterprise Environment, Cost Management Model

Owing to the sustainable development request and the environmental protection need, enterprise, as the microscopic main body in economic system, will certainly bear more and more environmental pollution loss and environmental protection cost. In order to meet fierce market competition, enterprise must seek more effective administration approach for reducing environmental related cost. This article takes enterprise environmental cost management pattern as the object of study to discuss the content and implement method of the environmental cost management pattern from the enterprise interior and exterior so to provide certain theoretical support for seeking the effective environmental cost management method.Firstly, based on analysis of the background information related with enterprise environmental cost management, the article discusses the significance of study on enterprise environmental cost management pattern. And in order to produce studying orientation for the present research, the author summarizes the basic theory for constructing the environmental cost management pattern by evaluating the relevant research of both domestic and foreign scholars and analyzes the features and content of such a pattern through the analysis of the key factors which have some effect to enterprise production management.Secondly, starting from the enterprise interior environmental cost management mechanism, this paper constructs three patterns for enterprise environmental cost management which are the life cycle design pattern, the clean production pattern and the environment material choosing pattern. It also provides environmental cost management choice settled on the specific analysis for each pattern from the perspective of their design, construction and evaluation separately.Thirdly, in order to show full consideration to the influence of enterprise exterior factors on environment cost, the article proposes the green supply chain management and the ecology industry, and emphatically discusses the design method of the green supply chain management and gives suggestion and measure for the ecology industry in our country.Finally, based on the firsthand observation made in the field of resources mining industry in shaanxi province. The article designs the modern environmental cost management pattern to these enterprise, and in view of the driving and restraining function provided for the policy mechanism, this article also proposes some suggestion and measure, including environmental management standard, finance and taxation policy, financial system and environment audit .for the purpose of facilitating the modern management pattern of environmental cost for enterprise in our country.
