With the development of modern industry and Human society, more and more people begin to pay attention to the environment problem. "green" initiatives has increasingly become a important means and the deciding factor for a country or enterprise competing in the world market .In view of this, the "green" concept should be Embed in the supply chain to reduce the resources consumption and environmental impact, that is green supply chain. In the research of green supply chain, performance evaluation is a very important area, an effective performance evaluation can help companies identify problems, find solutions, and continuously improve the green supply chain. so the implementation of effective performance evaluation is the key to promote the green supply chain development.This article first reviewed related literature of green supply chain management ,In conjunction with management theory and sustainable development theory ,we point out the significance and necessity green supply chain management ; then based on the previous studies we develop the green supply chain management operation model based on product life cycle . we analyze the impact factor during the green supply chain management carefully and set up a green supply chain performance evaluation index system;Through the analysis of performance evaluation methods , we Propose the method of the green supply chain performance evaluation system based on AHP and Multi-level Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation . Finally , we use the VisualBasic language to develop the green supply chain performance evaluation system of manufacturing enterprises , forming a complete, simple, convenient and practical method.
