The rapid development of EC(Electronic Commerce) is greatly affecting business operating patterns of worldwide enterprises,and is gradually displaying it's functions and advantages.Compared with traditional business,EC greatly increases business opportunities,reduce transaction cost,improves business efficiency, strengthens enterprises' competitive power as well as ability to meet an emergency. Moreover,EC is not only a brand-new means of acquiring competitive advantages,but also an important competitive advantage itself. EC will gradually become a major tool for international transactions. In view of the fact that international EC is a complicated information systematical engineering,it is necessary to make an overall layout and investigation for foreign trade enterprises which want to develop EC in order to better meet challenges and maintain a constant development.In the thesis,the case of AJ foreign trade cooperation is quoted.On the basis of actual situation inside and outside the cooperation,advanced management thoughts and theories of EC era are used to study the strategic layout of international EC of the cooperation.Meanwhile,a systematical scheme on further development of EC,as well as strategy of implementation is designed.The thesis begins with depiction of the concept of EC.current status,development as well as influence on international trade.Next is to sum up EC theories concerned.AJ foreign trade cooperation being as background leads to an overall analysis for whole environment of international business.Strategic theory of management combined with development trend of International EC and inside analysis of the cooperation bring forward the EC strategy of development of AJ foreign trade cooperation.The theory of core competence is used to analyse the core competence of AJ foreign trade cooperation.The analytical method of value chain is used to analyse demand and requirement of AJ foreign trade cooperation,meanwhile, model o value chain is created during this process;SWOT model is uded to analyse advantage,weakness,opportunity and threat for the development of EC of AJ foreign trade cooperation.As a result,the model of development of EC of AJ foreign trade cooperation is created.The thesis makes an whole layout for the development of EC of AJ foreign trade cooperation in the future,designs B2B platform,date base as well as foreign trade business system of management,and analyses the anticipating results.At last,some basic strategies on leading system,organization structure,implementation procedure,specific tactics and personal training of developing EC are established.
