In recent years,with the further development of global electronic information technology and economic globalization,more and more traditional foreign trade enterprises have started restructuring,many foreign trade enterprises have well-known large cross-border electronic business platform as a "net" for cross-border electricity revolutionized traditional trade patterns,it skips many intermediate links,saving a lot the cost of the enterprise directly to enterprises or enterprises facing consumers.This commodity intelligent business platform of commodity information retrieval,transparency,openness,communication,consumer feedback fast payment and other advantages,not only reduces the threshold of small and medium enterprises to enter the global market,but also enhance many well-known Brand Company worldwide influences.The third party does provide a platform for cross-border electricity supplier trading sites and services for sellers to join the platform,but with the continuous development of the platform,the platform began to gradually exposed the defects and shortcomings can not be avoided,in this case,only through the third party platform to carry out cross-border electricity supplier business is not conducive to enterprise development,the enterprise wants to become bigger and stronger to change the development strategy.In this paper,H foreign trade companies to explore and research objects.Analysis the current development stagnation of foreign trade company H cross-border electricity supplier,and study the future direction of the development of cross-border electricity supplier H foreign trade companies,and how to take strategies to deal with the current dilemma.H foreign trade enterprises is an independent brand and agent management of other brands of foreign trade export companies,since 2007 settled in third party service platform to carry out cross-border electricity supplier business has been nearly 8 years.In recent years,with the continuous development of the company,the growing number of agents and brands,the more open the store,due to the limitations of the platform,can only rely on the platform to bring the limited flow of merchants to trade.The development of the company is subject to the third party service platform.Recently,the third party service platform competition ranking rules constantly change caused by rising costs of enterprises,these problems led to a number of H enterprise customer churn,weak profits,business volume continued to decline.How to reverse the form of H Company is bigger and stronger is the first problem to be solved.In recent years,with the introduction of the country's cross-border electricity supplier is conducive to the introduction of new policies and the rapid development of cross-border logistics mature,cross-border e-commerce industry chain continues to develop and improve.H,from the long-term development considerations,combined with the actual situation of enterprises to actively adjust their development strategy,core strategy began in the development of the third party service platform from the previous steering mode development of self business platform,and gradually realize the self mode self built mall platform.In this paper,through the research and Discussion on the strategy of H Company,we hope to provide some experience for the development of cross-border e-commerce.First,analysis cross-border electricity supplier model theory,development model and characteristics.Secondly,overview H foreign trade company,the existing electricity supplier model development and the problems behind the analysis.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures and measures to improve the development of H foreign trade company.
