The rapid development of electronic commerce during recently ten years is greatly affecting business operation patterns of worldwide enterprises, and it is gradually displaying it’s functions and advantage. Compared with traditional trade, it breakthrough time and geographical constraints in some extent, also it greatly increases business opportunities, reduce transaction costs, improves business efficiency, strengthens enterprises’ competitive power as well as ability to meet an emergency. These are all improving the international competitiveness of enterprises. So the application of electronic commerce in the international trade has a profound impact on foreign trade company who participate in international competition. If we want to survive in the competition to ensure the sustainable development and gain a competitive advantage, we must keep up with the times, we have to develop electronic commerce as a part of the company’s strategic planning. In view of the fact that international electronic commerce is a complicated information system, it is necessary to make an overall planning and research on it, and set suitable e-commerce development strategic.In this thesis, by taking K.S. foreign trade company for the study, on basis of it’s current status of using electronic commerce, and find out the problems. The thesis uses PEST, five forces model, and swot analysis model to analysis the domestic and international economic situation of K.S. foreign trade company, point out it’s problem and core competence, correct evaluated it’s opportunities and threats, own strengths and weaknesses, K.S. foreign trade companies make the strategic choice and overall planing that development of electronic commerce, also set out the specific strategic and safeguards, in order to improve it’s competitive and electronic commerce ability. In the meanwhile, hope to provide reference for the same type foreign trade company.
