The project management came into being as a new management science in the SecondWorld War, with several decades' development, it's application field has expanded rapidlyand many practice show that this advanced managing model can not only enhance theefficiency of work, decrease the cost and ensure the quality but also improve the rate ofsuccess of the project.Compared with the developed western countries, at present, the level of our projectmanagement is still low, especially in agriculture which has low added-valued, modernproject management still lie in the start stage, however, our agriculture is faced increaselyinternational competition since the entry WTO, so, it is very urgent to improve the level ofthe project management of agriculture comprehensive development as one of the primarypart in national agriculture investment.I have engaged in agriculture comprehensive development for many years, and have felt theplan and control of the project is weak step, also is the blank in modern projectmanagement method in application, so, this paper is about the research of the application inthe plan and control of the agriculture comprehensive development project.The first chapter introduce the actuality, development and feature of the agriculturecomprehensive development project in our country, and the mean of the application ofmodern project management and my paper' study method, content and aim.The second chapter introduce the method of plan and control of modern project managementand the foundation of the theory.The third chapter introduce that I refer to the STANDARD provided by PMI AND PMICin the course of the plan and control of the project based on the feature of agriculturecomprehensive development and manage to design the method of the plan and control ofthe agriculture comprehensive development project and the practical applied effect in annational agriculture comprehensive development project.The fourth chapter is the result and hope. In this chapter, I state simply the feeling in firstapplication of method of modern project management plan and control in an national agriculturecomprehensive development project and the afterward reference value.
