On the background of Greater Mekong Subregional (GMS) economic cooperation, Yunnan enterprises have already achieved remarkable social and economic benefits by positively utilizing their advantages. China Yunnan Corporation for International Techno-Economic Cooperation (CYC), one of the most outstanding corporations in the international cooperation activities, acquired a bunch of honors for one of its joint venture enterprises-Lao Cement Company Ltd. (Lao-China Joint Venture) (LCC). The honors include The Template Project of International Cooperation Affairs For State Extent awarded by Ministry of Commerce of the PRC. The Template Project of International Supporting Loan Projects awarded by The Export-Import Bank of China. The Template Project of "Going Global" Strategy awarded by Yunnan government.Integrated with contemporaneous management theory, analysis models and methods, the writer makes a deep research since the prophase of the project, and makes out revealings to the "Going Global" corporations. The paper makes an emphasis analysis on the following points:(1) Exercise the PEST, SWOT and Porter 5 Force Analysis Model, and makes an abundant research and analysis. This strategy shows itself with vigorous life, and will definitely bring LCC a brighter future.(5) In the conclusion chapter, the paper makes an all-around thoroughly summary, reveals the key success factors of LCC and give out the tips to the companies who are going international.During the whole research, the writer integrates theories with practice, emphasize on the conclusion' s practicality and advancement. The paper' s outcome has practical significance, can provide helpful references on transnational operation to the corporations of Yunnan province.
