The Management strategy has changed from"Product-oriented"to"Customer-oriented", and CRM in our commerce bank are more and more important. There are fierce competitive between bank because of the homogeneous products of them, so providing excellent and special service will be the key of success. However, bank's resource is limited, and it's impossible to handle all of the customers in a same way. From"Two-Eight Theory"we know that, 80% profit of bank is created by only 20% customer, so it's essential to spend more time and money to develop the high-value customers'market."Customer Division"was developed based on it. Commerce bank divides all the customer into different levels based on the values of them. Customer with high value will received excellent service, but Customers who's low value will be given up by the bank.In this article, we choose"Profitability"as the index of Customers'value. First, in this article we describe the definition of profitability and the present situation of domestic and foreign theory study, and then I will introduce the main frame of this article, and the knowledge and technology used in the study. And the following are the introduction of profitability model, including the business data needed and the calculating method.As to the UML Model and Multidimensional Data Model of CP, they are based on the advantaged Model Language and can provide the decision project of CP's realization. From the UML Model we can know how to build the calculating system of CP, and the Multidimensional Data Model will show us the demonstrating image of multidimensional analysis.
