With the further development of economic globalization,the depth of integration of the regional economy is advancing and the global economic pattern of trade and investment growth pattern are brewing deep adjustment.With the advance of “The Belt and Road” strategy in China and the emergence of a new round of opening up,along the Silk Road city is actively involved in the construction of the Silk Road.Transport as an important bridge for the “The Belt and Road” development,plays a key role in the international trade of the countries along the Silk Road.with the development of modern logistics theory,demand for the transport of goods increases,multimodal transport has become an important carrier of the Silk Road.with the deterioration of the global environment,People's understanding of low-carbon life has gradually integrated into all aspects of life,at the same time,international demand for production emissions has become increasingly stringent.Firstly,this paper begins with the review of container multimodal transport,low-carbon transportation,container trade channel of China-EU and multi objective programming.In this part,the paper analyzes the domestic and foreign research status,summarizes the current research trend of multimodal transport,and determines the research methods of the container multimodal transportation route selection.Secondly,through the analysis of network structure and the present situation of container multimodal transport channel of China-EU,and the paper find out the problem which existing in the container multimodal transport channel between China and Europe.Thirdly,according to the problem a multi-objective optimization model for the optimization of container multimodal transportation is built which by considering three factors of transportation time,transportation cost and carbon emissions.According to the different emphases of participants and different needs.The different weights of three objective function are determined,through the weighted sum transformation of multiple objectives into a single objective problem.The genetic algorithm is used to solve the Pareto solution.In the end,the analysis which taking data from Nanjing to Berlin as example shows that the model is feasible and effective and can provide guidance for the optimization of high central container multimodal transport path optimization.Based on the research of the current situation of China-EU containertransportation channel,Combining multimodal transport planning with the actual situation of China-EU trade,the international container multimodal transport path optimization mode has been abstracted which considering of the three factors of transportation time,transportation costs,transport carbon emissions comprehensive.At the same time genetic algorithm is used to solve the calculation of the mathematical model.In order to improve the reliability and simplicity of computation,in the different needs of different multimodal transport participants into the algorithms design,by programming with Matlab,finally get the multimodal transport scheme with multimodal participants transport different preferences.
