| The non-price competition based quality possesses the more and more important position as full development of the market economy. The project quality will affect enterprise's development seriously and directly. At present, laws and regulations of project quality management in our country have been established gradually, and the ISO9000 authentication is also gradually carried out in the enterprise. The quality control practice has made great progress, However, the quality control still should be improved to adapt international condition. We still have to keep improving and explore quality control system that is fit for it's own project.In this thesis, the quality control process of Lianhezhan 35KV substation electrical equipment installation is introduced according to present state of china, and analyzed in detail from project quality control characteristic, the stage, the method and influencing factors.The disadvantages of the present electric power project quality control process are found out in this paper, and the methods of solving problems and keeping improving are proposed. Then, the electric power project quality control will be summarized, improved, perfected, and developed in practice. |
