Measures And Optimization Research Of Power Transmission And Distribution Project Cost Control During Construction Stage

In the power industry,the power transmission and transformation enterprises shoulder the task and major role of the power grid construction.The domestic transmission and transformation engineering enterprises are bounded to reduce costs, increase the input-output efficiency,and economize national investment.Therefore,in the current situation,research on the cost control measures and cost optimization has important theoretical and pragmatic significance.In the paper,dynamic cost control method is used in construction enterprise of transmission and transformation.Network plan and particle swarm optimization algorithm(PSO) are applied to optimize project construction,to seek an optimized scheme of cost control plan.And deviation analysis on multi-parameters is used to analyze and forecast the progress situation of construction period,cost,quality,and safety control of projects.Demonstration and application of engineering project in Shandong WuZhou Electric Limited Corporation is analyzed,and the results show that cost control and optimization countermeasure proposed in the paper is scientific and rationality.
