Research On Quality Management Of SSH County Electronic Document Transmission System Construction Project

This paper will introduce the idea of construction project quality management of electronic document transmission system,through the establishment of quality management mode of project construction of electronic document transmission system,compensate for the lack of Party committees at all levels of government departments to the construction of electronic document transmission system of construction projects in a large extent,to complement the perfect theoretical system of e-government management has certain practical and theoretical significance.Not only opens up a new way for the research of the operation mechanism of the construction of e-government,improve staff working conditions and environment,reduce office staff workload,improve work quality and efficiency,and accelerate organ system management work standardization,standardization,automation,networking process.Based on the quality of project management theory to project quality control as the key to the construction of county SSH document transmission system as the goal,through analysis and Research on construction project quality management at home and abroad and the electronic document transmission system,system of SSH electronic document transmission system of project quality management.Firstly,this paper introduces the purpose,background and significance of the research,as well as the research methods and main contents.Secondly,this paper introduces the basic theory of project quality management and the related concepts of e-government,electronic document transmission system and so on.Thirdly,this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of the quality management of the construction project of the electronic document transmission system in SSH county.On this basis,build up quality management system of the construction project,and design and management system,around the project equipment procurement,project approval,personnel training,system maintenance and inspection document archives and other aspects of quality control measures are proposed.
