The competition in the market of real estate is fierce now. Satisfying the customers by improving the quality of service and product and building compatible relationships with customers are important means for real estate enterprises to be dominant in the market. Therefore, the study of Customer Relationship Management(CRM)applied in the real estate is especially important.The author initially gives a brief description of the CRM. Then the necessities of implementing CRM in real estate enterprises, the inevitable difficulties in this practice and the effective way to apply the CRM in real estate enterprises are discussed.Integrating the basic theories of CRM and the status and characteristics of the real estate in China,the author makes personal proposals on the application of CRM in the real estate enterprises.
