Study Of Logistics Information Collection And Exchange Standards

With the economical globalization, the informatization and standardization has b-ecome the two important prerequisite of development of modem logistics. The standardization of logistics information is the way that must be taken for realizing the modern logistics. The standardized work about logistics has been started in 1960's in developed country, so the degree of information standardization in developed country is high.However, for logistics industry' starting late, the standardization construction of logistics information is still at the primary stage in China. It can be shown as a serious lag phenomenon in standardization and the existing standard is not in line with international standards. And it becomes "the bottleneck" of the logistics industry. Therefore for speeding up the advancement to the standardization of logistics information, it is necessary to conduct the research for the standards infrastructure of logistics information.By comparing the present situation, the structure and the standards content of the information technology standards in the domestic with foreign standards infrastructure of logistics information, this paper analyzes question in the standards and proposed the implementation idea in aspect of the disestablishing standards and established standards, at same time proposed the implementation idea in aspect of policy, promotion and implementation of criterion and so on for the insufficiency of standardization of logistics information in China. Then, in view of information security question of the RFID standards application, by carrying on the comparative analysis studies at the several kind of safety mechanism using in the RFID technology, this paper propose one kind strategy that is Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm suiting to the RFID system for information security question about tag and between tag and reader, and carry on the analysis on its execution.And this paper also propose the information security rank management mechanism. Finally by comparing several logistics business process norms, this paper pointed out the insufficiency and proposes the corresponding countermeasure and the suggestion in aspect of technology, standard itself and standard implementation.This paper provide the research foundation for plan of establishment and revision of the standards of logistics information in our country and causes the standards system revision work to have the overall situation, foresightedness and the initiative, and It also provide the policy-making basis for the management of the standardization of logistics information. Thus it can enhance the efficiency of logistics, the logistics information level and overall economic efficiency of logistics industry.
