Based On The Circular Economy Of Yunnan Tourism Study On Sustainable Development

With the tourist industry became the leading status in Chinese Tertiary industry, tourist industry will play more and more important role not only in service industry but in National economy, it is also called sunrise industry. However, in recent years, people ignore social and ecological effect because of the rapid development of tourist industry. In their eyes, the tourist industry is smokeless, pollution-free with low-input and high-output industry. In practice, they are eager for quick success and instant benefit, simplifying the development of tourist industry as expansion of number and extensionality, developing the tourist resource predatorily, managing travel industry sites extensively, and making travel facilities expand abnormally. Consequently there are a lot of crisis behind the industry prosperity such as the crisis between tour resources and environment, the conflict between social and the development of tourism economy. Accordingly, it is necessary to research the method of sustainable development of tour resources which distinguish the traditional tourism resource utilization.Recycling economy has received extensive concern in the developed country as a new idea of developing. It provides a resource-friendly mode that can coordinate the conflict between development and resources. Recycling economy emphasis on using resources most effectively, reducing the bad influences to the resources exerted by economical activities.By the research to the theories of sustainable tour resources use and recycling economy, and the problems existing in the processing of Yunnan tour resources use, using 3R principle of recycling economy to tourist industry, a new pattern about sustainable use of tour resources has been developed. This new pattern introduces the methods of recycling economy to the field of sustainable tour resources use and proposes the strategic measurement of tour industry of Yunan province and research the successful experience of the development of the tour industry by researching Lijiang tour industry in Lijiang city.
