This paper introduces and analysis the product line and performance of A company. The article studies customers losing of A company based on market environment in electronic industry. This paper analysis the company's competitive environment and the information of it's competitors. Pointing out the competitive position of the company via analyzing it's five product line and competitive capability. The article mainly analysis marketing management problems of A company and gives out improved solutions.The paper divides into seven major parts altogether: The paper divides into seven major parts altogether: First part introduces the overview of A Company; Second part carries on the product competitive competence analysis and marketing environment of A Company ; The third part introduces the competitors and the competitive position of the five product line; The fourth part points out problems in sales management, customer loyalty ,customer satisfaction and customer resource management. The fifth drawn out the improved measures basis on the things that four parts in the front are narrated and discussed . The sixth part are the conclusion and advice. The seventh part point out the limits of the paper.
