Korea - Economic Effects Of The Fta And Prospects

Economic globalization and regional economic unification are the two characteristics of the present world economic growth. With the accelerated development of the world economic globalization, the trend of the regional economic unification is also gradually obvious. At present, the tripartite confrontation world economic growth is composed by European Union, North America and East Asia, and they all have the regional economic cooperating organization except East Asia. In this case, it is becoming a top priority task to build an East Asia economic cooperating organization. China has already become the biggest business partner of Korea on its total trade scale. If FTA between Korea and China is conducted, it is very important to a position of Korea. This paper analyzes economic effect of FTA about foreign trade situation of the influence, trade income and outgo of the influence, investment of the influence, GDP of the influence, compound interest of the influence. And also investigates the prospect of FTA between Korea and China.
