Beijing is going to hold Olympic Games, macroeconomic control & economy continuously increase and real estate exploitation have brought a developing chance which occurring only once in a thousand years for construction industry. Along with the fast development of economy, construction industry has accumulated some disharmony factor gradually, and defaulting of project funds once seemed to be more and more serious. Behind the boom of construction industry, refracted some deep-rooted contradiction, such as unbalance of market supply and demand, extensive manage of construction enterprises. The lag of risk preventing sense and control measure failure engendered contract dissension, project funds defaulting and civilian workers'salary issue, and it became hotspot of the whole country.Combing with the actuality of industry development, and according to the reason of some relative practical problems of the industry, this text carried out investigation and meditate in the light of the society and economy movement, especially in the light of the construction enterprises themselves, for the defaulting problem.Part one analyzes the project funds defaulting actuality and its social affection/harm. Part two discusses the social causation and enterprises'self causation (weak link) of project funds defaulting.Part three studies and discusses the project funds defaulting problem of real estate construction enterprises and relative financial risk.Finally, get following conclusion: Construction enterprises should advance with times, take pertinent actions continually, adjust to the gradually standardizing construction market, carry out man-oriented comprehensive arrangement; Establish modern enterprise system, promote stock system alteration and become listed company gradually, so as to adjust to market requirement, Set up defaulting risk fund in management, manage intensively and run according to law, strengthen the competitive power and robustness of enterprises; Establish law counselor organization to improve the law job level at the same time; Strengthen the construction of manage information system and strengthen intellectual property right protection; Sparkplug industry self-discipline, and it can prevent and control defaulting risk, make enterprises take part in battle with light packs, seek a larger space for the survival and development of enterprises in opportunity and challenge.
