| Based on Geo-information Tupu theory and technology, Ecological Environment Evaluation theory, this paper established a CEEE(Comprehensive Ecological Environment Evaluation) Tupu for FRB(Four Rivers Basin) according to its ecological environmental features, taking each county as assessment unit, by using "3S" technology, computer digital cartography, traditional ecological studying method. Then, combining the graphical mind of Tupu with the logical reasoning mind of EEQE, the method and technology system for CEEE information Tupu was set up. The study results are as follows:(1) Based on a large number of previous related research, a comprehensive eco-environmental information Tupu system and an evaluation index system were built by analyzing FRB's ecological environmental features and the relationship between ecological factors. Through remote sensing image interpretation and computer digital cartography technology, a series of FRB eco-environmental comprehensive map were got. It shows that the main research contents and technical route which has been used by this paper is effective.(2) According to the eco-environmental quality gradation stand from "Eco-vironmental Condition Evalution Technical Specification" by State Environment Protection Administration, the paper carried out classification evaluation on environmental quality evaluation of FRB. The following conclusions were recieved: the environmental total quality indexes is arranged in a decreasing sequence of Medog, Zayu, Linzhi, Markam, Long County, Millington, Basu, Jiangda, Lhorong, Bomi, Gongbo'gyamda, side bar, Qamdo, Gongjue, Zogang, Dengqen, Riwoqe, Caya. From results of Gradation, Medog, Zayu, Nyingchi are in a good grade, Caya in bad grade, the other counties are in general level. Combining with the comprehensive eco-environmental maps, a CEEE information Tupu was received.(3) Through structure analysis of the FRB's CEEE information map, the following conclusions were got: the eco-environmental quality of FRB was in a general level, and that of Linzhi achieved a good level. On area, 96% of FRB's eco-environmental quality was above the general level while the area below the lower level accounted only about 4%, indicating that the eco-environment of FRB was in good condition, without destruction, with high vegetation cover, stable ecosystem structure and strong function. On spatial pattern, the Brahmaputra River basin located on the south of FRB had better comprehensive eco-environment quality, and the Lancang River Basin lying in northeast of FRB had relative poor comprehensive eco-environment quality.(4) The criteria of coordination are: (CD)Coordination Degree below 0.4 was very uncoordinated; that between 0.4 and 0.6 was uncoordinated; that between 0.6 and 0.8 was coordinated; that above 0.6 was very coordinated. By analyzing the CD of vegetation - climate - water subsystems, it indicated that: Jiangda, Gongbo'gyamda, Riwoqe and Gongjue had a vegetation subsystem and water environment subsystem with their CD less than 0.6 , which were uncoordinated; Riwoqe had a water environment subsystem and a climate subsystem with their CD less than 0.4, which was very uncoordinated; the other counties had their vegetation, climate and water environment with their CD all over 0.6 between each two subsystem, which were in coordinated state.(5) The standard to judge contribution was as follows: EC(Effectiveness Coefficient) above than 0 was satisfying; EC equal to 0 was basically satisfying; EC below than 0 was dissatisfying. CD analysis of county system to basin system showed: county system contributed a lot to the positive development of basin system with an EC over 0.75 in Medog, Zayu, Linzhi, Markam, Long County, Millington, Basu, Jiang Da, which were satisfying, while in other counties, it contributed little to that with an EC below 0. |
