In recent years,the petroleum exploiting and the construction of city in DaQing makes this city's geological environment quality decreased obviously. In its weakness environmental geology, there exist many city environment geology problem, as pollution of water environment, pollution of soil, etc. These geological problems which were mentioned most distribute planarly and regional. They are large-range effection and high cost governing. For this reason ,building appropriate appreciation of geological environment have important theoretical and realistic meaning for the protection of geological environment in DaQing and some city in plain which have similar geological environment with DaQing.Combine the project "investigation and evaluation of HeiLongJiang province DaQing city geological environment problem" ,based on the investigation that on the spot for DaQing's geological environment, this paper analysis the various ,the scale, the range, and the harmfulness of the geological environment problem in detail. And we also build a database for the investigation and management of geological environment problem. Based on the geological environment peculiarity in research fields, and utilized some related research achievements, with the analysis from primary environment to the engineering economic activity of human being, we build ten evaluation indexes and five sorts for geological environment in DaQing's cultivated land . A multi-angled quantification methods is also presented in this paper. Taking account of the applicability , flexibility, operability of the evaluation index system, build index system, and design a friendly human-computer interaction interface with a database management system(DBMS) to met different user's demands.Taking that the geological environment is a complex integration with the combine action from both nature and human being into consideration, for it is fuzzy and uncertainty obviously. So we choose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation using analytic hierachy process (AHP) to define index weight. I build a database of geological environment investigation including graphic database and attribute database. Based on the database of geological environment investigation, being supported by the system of geological environment evaluation model, and using the GIS which is a modern information technology as a main method, we develop a information system for evaluating geological environment's quality with ArcGIS Engine, and evaluate the geological environment of DaQing's cultivated land synthetically.
