The Risk Analysis And Safety Assessment Of Submarine Pipline Under The Action Of The Waves

The world's energy is stationary. Nowadays, with the development of world's economy, people's consumption and demand of energy is increasing day and day. The exploit if oil and natural gas in the land has not fulfilled human consumer demand, and human has already exploited ocean energy. The security of submarine pipeline is very important. Once submarine pipeline happens to leak, it will make great loss to marine environment and human society.This paper considers waves'impact to submarine pipeline fully. It analyzes the stress of submarine pipeline in the action of waves, and it uses overflow analysis to evaluate submarine pipeline, also the establishment of matlab program can be the standard of submarine pipeline's security in the action of waves. And dam model in Dalian University of Technology verify that this program can be used to assess security.Marine environment has great random and uncertainty. It is very necessary to use risk management for submarine pipeline. The fourth chapter of this paper mainly presents the theory and practice of risk and risk management, and it affirms using risk management to assess security of submarine pipeline.The fifth chapter of this paper presents some risk management steps of submarine pipeline, and it affirms using overflow analysis to assess the security of submarine pipeline, and it is feasible to mix this method with the security assessment of submarine pipeline.
