| The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy. The key factor that decided corporate profits is knowledge, no longer natural resources, labor and land. In knowledge management knowledge is divided into two categories:one kind is explicit knowledge, another kind is tacit knowledge. But because tacit knowledge hard to manifest, the traditional method used to manage explicit knowledge can not manage tacit knowledge efficiently. In view of this, this paper uses the Social Network Analysis theory and method, researches tacit knowledge transfer and network problem in an organization.This paper firstly expounds the Social Network Analysis theory and the network characteristics of tacit knowledge transfer in the organization; then, systematically analysis of the tacit knowledge transfer level division, influencing factors, tacit knowledge transfer network math expression, and network description quantitative indices, draw the Tacit knowledge transfer network based on SNA. On this basis, taking a small high-tech enterprise as a case, we make its tacit knowledge transfer network visual after questionnaires for the whole network and processing data and drawing tacit knowledge transfer network with methods of Social Network Analysis by using software Ucinet6.186 and Pajek2.0, and make quantitative analyses and calculation of the whole network, individual networks and clique analysis. Finally give optimization tactics for the tacit knowledge transfer network based the conclusions, in order to have certain reference value and significance to improve tacit knowledge transfer efficiency of general Knowledge-intensive organization. The research shows that Social Network Analysis is a scientific, qualitative and quantitative method and technology for revealing the network structure of the tacit knowledge transfer and researching the visualization of tacit knowledge transfer. |
