Research On Michael Polanyi's Tacit Technology Knowledge

The knowledge that is difficult to be directly told in technical activities is called“tacit technical knowledge”.Silent technical knowledge is often the key to the dissemination of technological knowledge,but also implies the birth of technological innovation.Based on Polanyi's tacit understanding theory,this paper systematically analyzes the production,essence,and forming mechanism of tacit technical knowledge,which helps to deepen understanding and understanding of tacit know-how and facilitate tacit understanding.The dissemination and diffusion of technological knowledge has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development of technology.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part,introduction.The introduction part includes the background and significance of this topic selection;the status quo of research on Polanyi at home and abroad;the methods and ideas of this paper and possible innovations in this paper.The second part expounds the theoretical foundation of Polanyi's theory of technology knowledge and tacit cognition.The tacit cognitive theory is not only the core of Polanyi's epistemology,but also the theoretical basis for the formation of its technological knowledge.This chapter gives a detailed introduction to the theoretical origins of the Cognitive Theory of the Polish Nimes Conference and the basic content of Polanyi's tacit cognitive theory.In the third part,combining the epistemic theory and its basic contents of the Polish Neimu conference,the paper specifically analyzes the Polish Nimerian technology knowledge concept.Through analysis and investigation,it reveals that the essence of tacit technical knowledge is the process of human beings' physical and mental unity;the root cause is the psychological preparation from animal instinct,enthusiasm for knowledge,and the functional preparation of “physical and mental unity”;the production process is to pay attention to From the object of aid consciousness to the process of concentrating consciousness object "From-To";the formation mechanism is a two-way "dwell-in" of the object of aid consciousness and our own.On the basis of tacit technical knowledge,the similarities and differences between technical knowledge and scientific knowledge and skills were separately discussed.Finally,based on the connotation and formation process of tacit technical knowledge,the possibility of tacit knowledge of tacit knowledge and the effectiveness of communication are studied.In the fourth part,it briefly describes the significance of the Polish Niemeyer's view of technological knowledge.From the priority of tacit knowledge,it can be concluded that technology is not applied science,and tacit technical knowledge has the characteristics of physical and mental unity,prioritization,dynamics,and practicality.For those who want to learn technology,this article advocates to learning in practice,immersive,and masters with apprentices and other methods.
