The Research On Analysis Model Of Knowledge Sharing Among Enterprises Of Supply Chain Based On Social Network Analysis

In the era of economic globalization, supply chain becomes the main body in the market competition, and knowledge becomes an important strategic resource of the supply chain. The effective sharing of knowledge can improve the innovation capability and overall competitiveness of the supply chain. But the complexity of knowledge sharing process, the fuzzy of mechanism and the miscellaneous of relationships between enterprises in the supply chain, easily lead to the prisoner’s dilemma. And social network analysis can effectively analyze social relations in the network, which agrees with the demand characteristics of knowledge sharing management, so combined with SNA and the theory of synergy, the thesis puteds forward the research on supply chain knowledge sharing and carries on an analysis of influence factors and network evolution, clarifies the effect of knowledge sharing factors, in order to improve enterprises’ cooperation and promote supply chain knowledge sharing.Firstly, through the analysis of the current research status, at home and abroad, contraposed the current researches which based on SNA placed emphasis on analysis of influence factors, analysis of model and comparison of the network structure, while lacked of case study, analysis of network relations evolution, and the problem of optimization measures, then the main body framework of case study and network evolution simulation analysis was determined. Then, combining SNA and the theory of synergy, mainly on the view of the network environment and the enterprise attributes, the influence factors of supply chain knowledge sharing were analyzed, which laid a foundation for preparing model parameters. From the hierarchical perspective of individual, organization and network, SECI model was improved, which laid a foundation for building model structure. By building the analysis model of the supply chain knowledge sharing which was based on SNA, the thesis analyzed influence factors and network evolution process by using Netlogo. Case study result shows that network factors had ideal interval value. The compensation coefficient, especially trust factor, learning ability, creative ability, had positive influence on the evolution, while the declining rate had negative influence. Combined with social network analytical indicators, the analysis of network evolution, aimed at optional of structure, showed that the status of supply chain enterprise knowledge sharing network node had a map on status of enterprises in the supply chain network, and the knowledge sharing network evolves in the direction of small world network spontaneously.Based on the above research, the incentive mechanism and policy suggestions of the supply chain enterprise knowledge sharing was presented, which provides an reference to promote the knowledge sharing between supply chain enterprises.
