Oracle And Arcsde Agricultural Land Management Information System

Agricultural land is an important part of the land resources, it's the source of food and clothes and the groundwork of survival for human. How to achieve the agricultural land informationization management, and establish the efficient, practical and powerful ALMIS is an important measure to strengthen the land conservation, to promote the construction of modern agriculture, to use land resources in intensive and economical way, to ensure the security of national food, and to achieve sustainable land use. With the development and maturity of computer technology, such as database technology and network technology, applying computer technology and GIS technology to agricultural land management and establishing ALMIS is an inevitable requirement for rational protection and utilization of land resources, it's also the necessary for the development of economic and social and the further development of the land science, what's more, it's an effective means of agricultural land management.This paper in order to achieve the agricultural land information management of Xishan District of Kunming, aiming to explore how to use the advanced GIS technology, software development and database technology to achieve information, scientific and digital management of agricultural land of Xishan District to improve the building of the Xishan District e-government informationization level.First, the paper briefly introduces the current status of ALMIS construction and existed problems of domestic and foreign and introduces related theories and technologies of ALMIS construction, on the base of this research, we applied object-oriented requirements analysis method to research and define the function requirements, data requirements and security requirements of Xishan District ALMIS, and carried out overall structure, interface and development model design for this system.And second, based on Oracle llg and ArcSDE9.3, this paper carried out detail research for ALMIS database building solution, we apply a CASE Tool named Visio2003to design database logical model of Xishan District ALMIS, and discuss the construction program and method, quality control and database performance optimization method of ALMIS ArcSDE Geodatabase. On the base of requirements analysis and database construction solution research of agricultural management, we apply C#programming language and secondary development based on ArcGIS Engine9.3and on the platform of Visual Studio2008to design and implement Xishan district Agricultural Land Management Information System. The ALMIS achieve agricultural land basic information management, agricultural land transfer management, data management and system setting functions etc. Finally, this paper carries out an objective summary for the research and puts forward further improvement and research of the paper.
