Research On The Evaluation Of City Logistics Development Level In Shanxi

"The12th Five Year Plan "of Shanxi Province just want it clear that comprehensive reformpilot area in transition as a resource-based economy, Shanxi will focus on promoting industrialrestructuring, vigorously develop modern logistics industry. The logistics industry in support of citydevelopment, the development of modern logistics industry is the basis of the central city. Thedevelopment of city logistics affects a city in the entire region's economic development. Logisticsdevelopment in Shanxi in the lag phase, in order to become the largest province of the central andwestern modern logistics center and production and service, and transition economics to achieve awin-win situation, we must study the situation of the development of city logistics, identifyproblems and constraints to improve.This article is based on theories of city logistics, on the basis of the literature of in-depthevaluation of city logistics, the evaluation of city logistics by the three aspects of economic benefits,social benefits and external economy of the development level. To establish the evaluation indexsystem of city logistics development level indicators, author use audition, filter and rational analysisto classify the indicators of each criterion to determine. Author use the method of correcting thecombination and empowering of G₁by entropy to determine the index weight, and establish citylogistics development level evaluation model based on the combination of empowerment, andcollect11prefecture-level cities in Shanxi Province cross-sectional data for empirical analysis.Finally, put forward the recommendations of enhance of the development of city logistics in ShanxiProvince.The innovation of this paper as follows: First, by reading the literature and thinking, from thethree aspects of economic, social and external economy, building city logistics development levelevaluation index system. Second, used new methods in the evaluation of city logistics developmentlevel,the method correct the combination and empowering of G₁by entropy to determine theweight of the evaluation. Finally, the improvement of the method of correcting the combination andempowering of G₁by entropy, and determine using relatively significant ratio of value of r for theratio of the sorted adjacent index by the method of G₁.
