Different functional groups were introduced to chitosan in this paper. Synthesis of a new functional materials of chitosan modified by thiourea graftedβ-CD not only the hydrophobic of chitosan was enhanced significantly, but also the application of chitosan derivatives in adsorbability, wastewater treatment and pollutants analysis and detection was enlarged. Contemporary based on the advantages of surface imprinting technique and magnetic materials, the imprinting magnetic adsorbents are prepared and researched to offer an approach to the recovery of organic pollutant and to the removal of metal pollutants from industrial waster. This thesis consists of the following parts:The research significance of chitosan, the research of Chitosan Modified by thiourea Graftedβ-CD andSurface imprinting magnetic modified chitosan, the applications of Surface imprinting magnetic modified chitosan, the main content and characteristic of this paper were summarized in first paragraph.Chitosan was Modified by thiourea were synthesized with grafted synthesis method in the second paragraph, and furtherβ-CD was introduced into the Chitosan Modified, the synthesis of chitosan modified by thiourea graftedβ-CD. Infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the structure of the synthesized product. Finally, the product factors in the experiment were discussed.In the third paragraph, the inclusion of chitosan modified by thiourea graftedβ-CD were investigated by spectrophotometry. The optimum conditions of forming host-guest systems with anthanide ions in aqueous solution were studied.Meanwhile, in order to discuss the mechanism of inclusion process, the various influence on the adsorbing material, such as initial concentration of lanthanide ions(≦150 mg/L), pH value(5.0-6.0), and the adsorption system could achieve the adsorption balance in 2 h with a adsorption rate above 70%.In the fourth paragraph, the inclusion of chitosan modified by thiourea graftedβ-CD were investigated by spectrophotometry. The optimum conditions of forming host-guest systems with hydroquinone in aqueous solution were studied.Meanwhile, in order to discuss the mechanism of inclusion process, the various influence on the adsorbing material, such as initial concentration of hydroquinone (≦0.5 g/L), pH value(4.0-6.0), and the adsorption system could achieve the adsorption balance in 2h with a adsorption rate above 70%. The adsorption processes conforms to the Langumira isothermal curve at 25℃,and belong to the single molecule layer adsorption.In this paper, a La ion imprinted magnetic biosorbent was synthesized by using La asimprinted ion, chitosan modified by thiourea graftedβ-CD as imprinted matrix,nano-Fe3O4 as magnetic component. It was crosslinked by glutaraldehyde, using in La -containing wastewater treatment. The influencing firstly optimized by adsorption capacity. reaction conditions during preparation of La ion imprinted magnetic biosorbent were response surface method in order to get its best adsorption capacity. Results showed that the key factors to affect the adsorption capacity were the dosage of glutaraldehyde and imprinted La during the prepared process. The adsorption processes conforms to the Adsorption kinetic curve of Level two,and the adsorbent still has good magnetic sink efficiency in the natural gravity.In the sixth paragraph, the jobs in this paper were summarized and the jobs in future were also discussed.
