In order to realize the rapid prototyping design of rewinding units, according to different functions, accomplish the modular designs. Finish the overall and general modular designs of traction, mobile and rewinding, and the concretely detailed parts and components modular designs, which play a key role in cast film process by SolidWorks.Based on theoretical analysis of the film flattening, deduce the equation for cast film flattening force, considering friction coefficients and angles of film and roller, and the curvature and diameters of rollers, which are the impact factors. Through rationally simplified the flattening physical process of flattening roller and cast film, and analysis on film flattening simulation by LS-DYNA software, get the each unit's stress, velocity and displacement field of the cast film. Give the explanation for volume membrane surface rough, the two flange ends not neat, and membrane roll fold without demanding to the quality and some other problems in the reality membrane production, confirmed the theoretical formulas of the film flattening force are available, so as to achieve the structural optimization of flattening roller.With the reasons and influences, and characteristic analysis of the rewinding tension of cast film, deduces the functional formula for rewinding tension and membrane tension. Comparison analysis on the two kinds of rewinding way, constant tension and constant torque, put forward a new method to rewinding, in which the cast film quality is better and membrane more even. Optimize the rewinding tension curve of cast film in an ideal rewinding condition by Matlab. Do the experiments for the rewinding tension using tension sensor and tension regulator and other instruments, draw the curve with the dates, and found that the experiment result is similar to the rewinding tension curve by optimization, in order to achieve the optimization of the rewinding tension curve.With the modular design of cast film, and optimization on the two key techniques of flattening and rewinding, provide modules for rapid production, and put forward technology requirements and theoretical basis of rewinding units design and processing.
