Film Salivation Machine Modular Parametric Design Technology Research

Cast film machine is the chief equipment for the production of the packing film. With the high-speed development of nation economy,the demand on the amount of the packing film has been increasing,it prompts that the cast film machine is in short supply.so,the design production efficiency of cast film machine has become the most concern matter.To develop high-quality,low-cycle cast film machine to meet customer requirements is the current goal of the company.The subject- modular and parametric design for the cast film machine,is to use the most advanced design technology- modular design combined with parametric CAD design technology to solve these problems in tne research and development process of the cast film machine.The main contents are as follows:Firstly, modular design technology and parametric design technology have been researched. The demand of modular and parametric design for the cast film machine has been analysed.Based on the research above,a suitable system design plan was developed.And sets up a framework for the system design plan.Secondly,according to the basic principles and methods of the modular design,and combining with the functions and structural characteristics of the cast film machine,establishes the layered structure of the module with the fixed module,the common module and the general module as the basic unit module,the function module as the advanced module.And on this basis,according to the design requirements and characteristics of components for the cast film machine, puts forward their components parametric design method.And take the rewinding of the cast film machine as an example,details the parametric design and calculation process of all parts of the rewinding,has completed parametric design and calculations of the rewinding.Lastly,using Visual Basic as the secondary development tool, and using the secondary development technology of SolidWorks with the Access database to establish computer aided design system of the rewinding of the casting film machine. The actual application result shows that the sysrem enables rapid three-dimensional design,improves design efficiency and reduces the workload.So it has strong practical value.
