Synthesis, Crystal Strucyures And Biological Actives Of Vanadium Complexes With Schiff Base

Sustained interest in the coordination chemistry of transition metal complexes of Schiff base ligands is related to the remarkable flexibility in the coordination geometry and the coordination number of the metal ion. Particular attention has been paid to the complexes of transition metal Schiff base complexes because of their wide application in various fields such as catalysis, magnetism, medicine, analysis and being potential models for biological systems. So, prepare new Schiff base coordination polymer and study their properties and application are of important significance to the development of coordination chemistry.Our work is to design and synthesize 19 new Schiff base ligands based on amine or diamine and salicylaldehyde derivatives. Then 19 new Schiff base complexes were obtained through assembly of the new Schiff base ligands and metal ions. All the complexes were characterized by IR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The complex structures are affected by the structure of Schiff base ligands, temperature, solvent and the types of metal ions.In the first chapter, mainly introduced the Schiff base complexes development course and the latest research progress. Schiff base metal complexes of classification, synthesis and properties are summarized and classified.In the second chapter, the third chapter 19 species total synthesis Schiff base ligands, these ligands and transition metals on the coordination, all vanadium 4-dichloroaniline and complexes are obtained in normal temperature conditions, and the reaction of the structure of these crystals on conductivity characterization, and tested.The fourth chapter of ten kinds of complexes's urease activity was tested. In all the complexes, 9 urease activity is best.
