Lanthanides have excellent coordination characteristics and special chemical properties produced by 4f electrons. It has unique applications in catalysis, luminescence, molecular magnetism,anti-tumor,antibacterial and cytotoxic drugs. This thesis successfully designed and synthesized o-vanillin thiosemicarbazone ligands,2-aminothiophenol 5-nitrosalicylic aldehyde ligands and rare earth and transition metal complexes.1-10 Crystal structure, biological research, etc. The details are as follows:(1)Three isostructural lanthanide complexes, namely C51H50Ln3N9O16S3{Ln=Tb(1),Dy(2),Ho(3),Er(4),Eu(5),Gd(6),Yb(7)},were successful synthesized and characterized by IR,UV,single crystal X-ray diffraction and BSA interaction analysis.X-ray single crystal diffractions show that the family of lanthanide complexes crystallizes in the monoclinic P1/cl(7)space group. The smallest asymmetric unit contains three L1 molecules and three metal Ln(III),the Ln(?)ion of each asymmetric unit is respectively with the O atom of methoxy and-OH in the ligand L1,and the C=N on L1 The N atom on the bond is coordinated.(2)By adjusting the solvent conditions and pH environment, the solvothermal method uses L2,CO(NO3)2,Ni(NO3)2,Cu(NO3)2,1,10-o-phenanthroline in three proportions according to the corresponding proportion.Three crystal complexes with different structures. The crystal structure was obtained by X-ray single crystal diffractometer detection and analysis, and then the complex 8-10 was characterized by infrared spectrum, ultraviolet absorption spectrum, and powder diffraction.(3)By simulating the physiological environment of the human body, the mechanism of the interaction between the complex 1-10 and the biological macromolecule-bovine serum albumin(BSA)/calf thymus DNA(ct-DNA)was studied, and the strength of the action was strong.According to the research results and the calculation and fitting of the Sten-Volmer equation, the quenching mode of the interaction between the complex and BSA/ct-DNA is caused by static quenching, that is,a new complex is formed during the interaction between the two.According to the corresponding equation, the fluorescence quenching constant and the binding site are obtained.Outside of the complex 10,Gibbs free energy(?G)is less than 0.It shows that the interaction between complex 1-9 and BSA/ct-DNA is a spontaneous process.Furthermore, the in vitro cytotoxicity of complexes 1-10 against CT-26 cells were studied using MTT assay in a simulated human biological environment. The results showed that both complexes 1-10 had relatively reasonable cytotoxicity.Complex 9 The best suppression ability.
