Study On Eco-economic Evaluation Of Land Based On Information Technology

The urban outskirts is an objective existing and complicated region which lies between urban and rural areas,it is a special and important zone in our process of industrialization and urbanization, and also a sharppointed region which confront the uman-land conflict in global range at present. The urban outskirts is the yesterday of urban and the tomorrow of rural areas, it is restricted to various acting forces both from urban and contryside.This specific position also make the structure of land-use very complex and unstable.The land ecology is the resource base of the sustainable development of socioeconomic development in the whole region, whether the land ecology can be developed in a sustainable way related to the sustainable development strategy. The land-use in urban outskirts and the evaluation of ecological economy had have been the focus problem in widely attention and research.The first chapter in this paper introduces the research background of economic evaluation in land ecological, it proposed that the scientific evaluation is the premise and base of social development and progress, and also the important evidence of rational utilization and planing in land-use.In this chapter it obtains the problem in the present research, explores the practical and theoretical significance of this study. The second chapter introduces the present situation of land ecological system and the basic charater through the content and evolution process of land ecological system, at last it proposes the necessity of economic evaluation in land ecological of Tianjin.The third chapter proposes the selection principle of basic evaluation indexes through the connotation of land ecological evaluation, determined the final system of evaluation indexes.The fourth chapter analyses and computes the weights of every indexes in the system, gains the result of weight.The fifith chapter analyses and verifies the evaluation system through Matlab and the last chapter summerizes the whole paper,proposes the feasible suggestion for the follow-up research.The main innovation points of this paper lies in the comprehensive application of multiple disciplines which includes management, operational research and computer software, it reflects the systemic and multimensional methodology and viewpoint;this paper also builds the evaluation indexes system of land ecological which closely integrates the urban outskirts of Tianjin;at last it analyses and cumputes the practical example based on information technology,and the research result possesses the the practical and theoretical significance.
