With the developing industry and the growing urbanization, the industrial zones of Shenyang have been moved to Zhangshi zone, Tiexi zone and Yuhong zone beause of the envirnmental issues. Many new living areas and the staff quarterses are far from urban district, so wastewater didn't flow to sewage treatment plant. It lead to water pollution that some sewage directly flow into the envirnment.For this situation, the study discussed various pollutants in sewage. And using MBR membrane bioreactor as the core technology, set the reactor's operation temperature at 20℃and 25℃, observe the treatment effect, found that when the reactor temperature at 20℃, Ammonia values of the supernatant is 1.4 mg·L-1, COD concentration is 23 mg·L-1. And when the temperature set at 25℃, Ammonia values of the supernatant is 1.1 mg·L-1, COD concentration is 30.2 mg L-1. Adjust the strength aeration, differentiate the strength of the aeration at 350 L·m-2·h-1, 400 L·m-2·h-1, 450 L·m-2·h-1, 500 L·m-2·h-1, 550 L·m-2·h-1, 600 L·m-2·h-1, observe the COD removal rate, found that when the strength of the aeration at 475 L·m-2·h-1. removal rate reached the highest point-98.6%. Through the above experiment, explore the best operating environment of the Membrane Biological Reactor, so colud be transfbrming sewage into resources.
