Research On Bailing Well Reasonable Work System Of Yanchang Oil Field

Qilicun oil region of Yanchang Oilfield has entered into the late stages of development,a sharp rise in the number of low permeability wells,long stop well planned shut,program shut,abandoned wells,these wells formation pressure is low,small-scale production pressure,slow recovery of liquid level,according to the conventional way will be high costs.It is not worth in the economy.Through a lot of research on low-yield wells of oil fields in domestic and overseas,the use of bailing oil stripper wells mining way have a certain economic benefits.Using level comprehensive parameters weighting method weighted conventional oil recovery methods and bailing oil to make comparative analysis in the the process and economic analysis of bailing adaptability;The use of the wellbore flow theory based on the relationship of the amount of fluid flowing into the wellbore pressure and production of oil level restore law was studied,the relationship between the level of recovery and recovery time,recovery rate model established between the three of bailing wells classified proposed different restoration reasonable rate bailing period;for bailing economic limit production and aqueous economic boundaries were studied and analyzed,respectively,the effects of different prices and different costs for bailing limit production and water boundaries;binding fluid level proposed fit model and fluid capacity of bailing production fit model,a method to determine the reasonable period of bailing,three typical curves is determined of benefits and the reasonable cycle.
