Economic growth is one of the main drivers of resource demand.With the population more and more increasing, shortage of resources has become increasingly significant, how can efficiently make good use of the limited resources are paramount important thing. And renewable resources is the most important development direction, it is considered that the sustainable development of human solve resource, change resource structure, protection of resource security, environmental protection and sustainable development of economy and society has an important strategic significance. This topic is based on this basis, corn-based ethanol, bio-energy to do the follow-up treatment of wastewater in order to improve the production of economic and environmental benefits.In this paper, the method of feric-carbon micro——electrolysis ethanol treatment of industrial effluent to the secondary settling experimental study of the basic principles of the reaction, the effects of reaction time, pH, temperature, iron and carbon mass ratio and aeration intensity on the degradation of such the impact of major pollutants, and makes the most optimal design. On this basis, according to the selected reaction conditions the design of the device made and the waste water treatment unit of economic accounting.
