At present coal-based SO2 emissions of the thermal power plants in our country already accounts for the about 50% of the total, So to control desulfurization is the main way to control the emissions of SO2. At the end of 2010, installed capacity of the thermal power plants in our country has amounted to 7 million kw installed, accounting for73.68% of the total capacity. In order to control the emission of SO2, protect the environment and reduce acid rain pollution, the flue gas desulfurization system and its control system of the thermal power plants will play an important role.This paper, based on the design and application of the desulfurization control system, firstly expounds the technology theory of wet limestone desulphurization system, secondly systematically introduces the basic principle of distributed control system, applying basis, level concept and design method.In the basis of fully understand the distributed control system and limestone gypsum wet sulfur removal technology, combined with the design the flue gas desulfurization control system, the system structure of the control system were described in detail. At the same time, the hardware design, the control system configuration, interface design and system optimization of the system are detailed designed and introduced. Through the application of the distributing type control system HOLLiAS of Hangzhou and LiShi company, the overall frame, system structure, the logic flowcharts of the functional modules are described , meanwhile to main functions and effects of the system.Finally, summarizes control experiences of the desulfurization control system. Obtain actual requirements of DCS device. In this way the control level and the availability of the system will be improved, which can not only meet the requirements of environmental protection,but also ensure the safe operation of desulfurization system with the cheapest input and smallest consumption.
