Insufficient intake of dietary fiber is considered to cause obesity, arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease and other modern "diseases of civilization"and an increased incidence of important reasons.dietary guidance outline issued by FAO and the United States, Canada, Japan and recent enactment of the structure of China's Reform and Development Program of food has also confirmed the dietary fiber necessary for a balanced diet ofnutrients. As sweet potato starch processing by-products of products, sweet potato waste are rich indietary fiber residue. It is generally used as feed, sold off or discarded as waste, waste pile abandoned as a mountain, corruption acidification, causing environmental pollution. Comprehensive utilization of agricultural resources in this project from the perspective of the sweet potato sweet potato starch processing waste slag processing, to extract the high activity of dietary fiber, as a new type of food nutrition fortifier to the market. Sweet potato residue on the development of the project resources and improve the production of value-added starch and dietary fiber to promote the advancement and industrial upgrading the industry is significant.In this project, pilot production was organized on the basis of the small scale, to determine the optimal production process and product parameters, and the productcomposition and physical and chemical indicators were analyzed.
