Research On Rapid Heating Cycle Injection Mold Temperature Control

Introduced the control methods to realize the quick change of mold temperature, and proposed the dynamic control methods that use the high temperature steam heat and the cooling water cooling to control the formation mold temperature.Take an automotive bluetooth as the model system, carried on design calculation to the gating system and the heating cooling system of the automotive bluetooth's injection mold, build three-dimensional flow model which tallies with the melt formation technological process. Under the premise of formation craft analysis, take the volume shrinkage, the shape distortion, the fusion mark, the air bubble and the packing time as the goal, carried on the best runner position analysis, the flow analysis and the cooling analysis. The research indicated that during the filling and guarantees presses, keep the high mold temperature condition can cause molecular the orientation tends to be consistent, reduces viscosity, and obtains highly the gloss and the overall performance product.Take volume shrinkage as the for reference norm, experiments and numerical simulation, has studied the influence of mold temperature control to the rapid heating cycle injection molding product quality systematically. Obtain the influence rule of mold temperature and other technological parameters to volume shrinkage.Use BP neural network and the Matlab to carry on mathematics modeling for it, add 8 experiments on the foundation of orthogonal analysis; union mold temperature control rule,and detect them.
