Rapid thermal cycle injection molding technology is a new green short process injection molding technology,which can produce excellent appearance and comprehensive performance of injection molded products.The graphene coating assisted rapid thermal cycling process is used to realize the process of the rapid thermal cycle forming process.According to This technology,A continuous and dense chemical bond graphene coating was prepared on a silicon substrate by chemical vapor deposition using a liquid carbon source(L-CVD),The silicon substrate as a mold insert,Graphene coating as a membrane heater,and the surface temperature of the mold cavity can be rapidly increased to over 100 centigrade and can be controlled in real time by the supply of low voltage power.The forming mechanism of the rapid thermal cycle process has an important influence on the micromorphology and the comprehensive properties of the injection products.Experiment and simulation are carried out in this paper to study the relationship among the process,micromorphology and mechanical properties of productsThe main work and achievements of this research are as follows:1.A continuous and dense chemical bonding graphene coating was prepared on the silicon substrate by chemical vapor deposition using liquid carbon source(L-CVD),and the silicon substrate was used as the mold cavity insert,the rapid thermal cycling assisted by the graphene coating was realized under the low voltage power supply,and the corresponding injection molding experiments were carried out.PP(polypropylene)was used as the research object,With PP(polypropylene)as the research object,the influence of different temperature fields,which provided by graphene coating rapid thermal cycling process,on the microstructure and properties of the cross section of PP products at the weld line and non-weld line was studied by XRD experiment(characterized by crystallinity,crystal average particle size,? content and orientation coefficient).2.By means of SEM and XRD(characterized by crystallinity,crystal average particle size,P content and orientation coefficient f),to study the influence of different temperature fields on the microstructure and properties of each layer in the skin core structure of the product(the skin layer,the shear layer and the core layer on the side of the silicon core,was taken as the research object).The effect of graphene coating assisted rapid thermal cycling technology on the microstructure and properties of the skin core structure of product is explored.3.The influence of rapid thermal cycle on Microstructure of injection molded products was studied by numerical simulation software moldflow2015.The influence of temperature field on injection pressure,residual stress and crystallization behavior of products is mainly studied.It provides a guiding and verifying role for the results of the experimental study.4.The effects of graphene coating rapid thermal cycle on mechanical properties of products were studied by tensile and bending experiments.Uniting the influence of graphene coating rapid thermal cycle on the microstructure change of products to improve the theoretical basis of the interrelationship between the three factors of temperature field,product microstructure and mechanical properties.
