Blast Furnace(BF)is recognized as the main part of iron-making system. The effectiveness of BF has directly influenced the benefits of the enterprise's production line. Because of the high cost in the iron-making system of Liangang, the enterprise have launched massive "cost efficiency" measures and require automation degree of control systems to reach the advanced level. More ideas such as diagnostic mode in the BF second level control system are needed to help the BF works efficiency. The subject of this paper is No.7 BF of Liangang.In this paper the author took"Research of Intelligence Control for NO.7 BF"in Liangang as the background. The paper uses BF expert knowledge and fault tree analysis method to determine the status of the characteristic parameters of BF. The characteristic parameter values (means,deviation,variance) are calculated for analysis the requirements of the typical exception situation in BF. There exists a large number of fuzzy information in the process of inferring through the analysis, and the fuzzy technology is used on BF knowledge and diagnostic inferring. On the basis of the study above, it uses forward reasoning mechanism, and creates a fuzzy diagnostic system in inferring several states of BF with expert system development platform based on FuzzyJ. It uses production rules and database to design the explaining reasoning knowledge base. At last, the paper designs a Web-based diagnostic expert system. With the visual technology of bar chart and line graph, the system can help worker analyze and estimate the possible BF exception states.Web-based status diagnosis expert system can meet the networking and the rapid development of information, and break the traditional observation and commanding modes which require the experts must be in wording fields. Managers, technical staff and experts can get the real-time data and the BF status and give some advices. Running examination shows that the system uses easily, diagnoses fast and effective, and is convenient in use.
