In this paper, it researched No.10 Coal Seam Methane gas deposit law and gas geology law to Pingdingshan (Group) Company, summarized the salient features, rules and reasons after 51 mine accidents statistical analysis. And it predicted coal and gas outburst risk of mining working face based testing the ourburst sensitivity indicators, it pointed out to take gas drainage outburst prevention technique measures to prevent outburst accident of mining working face.The results showed that:Minefeild is a complex geological structure and run through by a series of pressure-shear tectonic belt, coal and gas outburst risk was increased in this fold structure area; because of coal seam division and merge have a significant impact on control gas emission, so E 9, E 10 and F 15, F 16 merger layers region Nevas emission levels significantly increased; mine is small, sudden pressure of coal mines, outburst area was regional distribution and in geological structure belt; structure mine usually distrbuted in coal layer merge part from top to bottom, thinness of the coal layer merge part caused gas source increase, reduced the strength of coal, so 24 outburst accident of D group all ouccred in mining working face of D5-6 merge layer,19 outburst accident of E group all ouccred in mining working face of E9-10 merge layer; to determine the amount cuttings S, borehole gas emission rate q and the attenuation coefficient in order to predict sensitive indicator of outburst mining face, the critical value of S0=4.8kg/m, q0=3.2L/min; the mine 20210 coal face and 21150 heading face in the implementation of comprehensive measures to prevent conflict and post-test results, forecasts and indicators of the efficacy of 85% in normal circumstances to ensure the safe production of mining face. Risk prediction of mining working face outburst and gas drainage technique measures played an important role in preventing and controllking high gas outburst risk on the coal and gas outburst working face and ensuring production safety of working Face.Figure [19] Table [25] Reference [60]...
