M20 block fault is placed on production in September 1973, until now, which last thirty-seven years, experience of 4 development phase: natural energy development phase; commingled water injection, multi-layer commingling development phase; entirety subdivision of layer system, overall system adjustment stage; high water cut development phase, at the moment, the fault block is in "couple high stage " depth development stage. Although water flooding can achieve high efficiency in M 20 fault block, in the mid-late stage of water flooding because of its oil production rate is very low, in order to maintain yield, raise final recovery efficiency of crude oil, limit the coning of edge and bottom water in reservoir and the cusping of injected water caused by aeolotropism, it is necessary to develop chemical flooding to improve recovery. This dissertation established geologic model of M 20 block fault, and fitted the entire geological reserves, accumulated oil, composite water cut are compared to the actual development data, designed different water flooding and chemical flooding plan according to the specific circumstances of M 20 block fault, compared and analysed of various chemical flooding plan, respectively under the situation of different injection-production method, different injection parameters and different pattern well spacing, compared the displacement characteristics of polymer flooding, binary complex flooding and ternary combination drive, and proceed economic evaluation for all kinds of optimal decision to guide oil field practice. It is very important to draw up oilfield development adjustment plan of the chemical flooding economic evaluation, these findings offer dependable foundation to achieve duration development, constant flow rate and raise oil recovery factor of M20.
