Research On Assessment Of Agricultural Economic Resilience Of Flood Post Disaster

Restoring power research of hazard affected body after natural disaster is animportant aspect of disaster risk research field and one of the key problems in riskprevention. Developing the natural disaster risk management scientifically, especiallyfor carrying out the recovery and reconstruction work after disasters, becomes theimportant task of the governments at all levels and departments in China.This paper carries out the evaluation method research of regional economicsystem’s resilience after major flood disasters and in this paper, there is acomprehensive description of the current situation of disaster resilience conceptresearch and the disaster restoring force assessment methods research; it analyzes thegeneral situation of the study area from the perspective of geographical location, thecharacteristics of agricultural economy in Dunging Lake area, flood disaster inDunging Lake area and its influence on agricultural economic, it also analyzes theimpact of flood disasters on agriculture, industry, transportation, water conservancyproject, people’s life and funds. In this paper, there is a groundbreaking research ofDunging Lake area’s economic resilience evaluation methods after flood disaster; thispaper also expounds the connotation of regional economic resilience and analyzes thecharacteristics of regional economic resilience. It analyzes the principles ofestablishing the evaluation index system, establishes the index system of DungingLake area’s economic resilience evaluation after disasters by using the Delphi methodand analytic hierarchy process or other methods, builds up a evaluation model ofDunging Lake area’s economic restoring force after disasters and based onmathematical tools such as the fuzzy mathematics, Dunging Lake area economicrestoring force was calculated; it is concluded that the Dunging Lake area’s economicrestoring force is in general, finally, from the perspective of influence factors thataffecting Dunging Lake area’s economic recovery force, this paper gives a reasonabledescription of measures and suggestions that improving the economic resilience ofDunging Lake area and puts forward the needs of strengthening ecologicalenvironment protection, increasing investment in agricultural science and technology,improving farmers’ relief ability, strengthening government management function,improving the victims’ insurance consciousness.
